John established Consolidated Services Group (CSG) in 1987 as a single proprietorship with a focus of coffee. Since that time, John has been setting the strategy for CSG as it has advanced into a national, multi-dimensional organization, serving customers across North America.
History: John fell in love with the coffee business at the age of 25 when he moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he started his first business out of his garage – Caribbean Coffee. From that point forward, his passion for the industry and the people within, many are lifelong friends, have been and continue to be – his daily drive to help others succeed and accomplish their goals.
Donna supervises the finance unit and is the chief financial spokesperson for CSG. She is responsible for financial planning and record-keeping directly assists on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting.
Jeff works for CSG in managing distributor relations and supplier relations, distributor training and development, and new product development.
History: Jeff has worked in the food and beverage business for his full career. Prior to CSG Jeff held a position as sales and marketing director for a regional bottled water and coffee company. His accomplishments include building a substantial coffee distribution company from the ground up within a few years.
John joined CSG in 2023 as Vice President of Strategic Alliances, focused on attracting new clients, expanding CSG’s cold-dispensed beverage offerings, and helping clients refine their market approach and product portfolios to meet the needs of operators and their customers across Away From Home channels.
History: John has 25+ years in senior management of sales and marketing in the Away From Home food & beverage industry. Over the past 20 years, John has led sales and marketing teams, directed brand strategy, driven new product and dispensing equipment innovation for a multi billion dollar international beverage company, and—since joining CSG—has help supplier partner build go to market plans and gain major customers in the foodservice channel.
Lindsey is the Director of Operations. She is skilled in National Account Management, Refreshment Services, Janitorial Services, and Appliances, Salesforce.com Development, QuickBase Development, and Public Speaking.
She is a strong information technology professional graduated from Liberty University.
We are your one voice for anything vendor-related. Lindsey oversees vendor recruitment, vendor management, and National Account integrations.
Joe oversees the national sales team, promotions, and other activities to achieve sales targets. Builds positive working relationships with existing clients. Identifies and contacts potential customers for new business opportunities. Coordinates with sales team to plan promotional activities, trade show and special events. Motivates and guides the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Assists with the development of sales plans, budgets and travel schedules. Develops creative sales technique and tactics to meet business goals. Understands client needs and provides appropriate sales solutions. Addresses client issues and inquiries in a timely manner. Hires, trains and guides new sales rep candidates in their job responsibilities.
Kevin Moore brings nearly two decades of beverage industry experience to his role at Consolidated Service Group of Exeter, where he has spent over nine years supporting operators, distributors, and manufacturers across North America. He specializes in building profitable beverage programs through custom product development, strategic partnerships, and premium equipment. By working closely with national accounts and regional distributors, Kevin creates scalable programs that drive sustainable growth. Known for his collaborative, relationship-driven style, he helps customers align technology, products, and operations to deliver differentiated coffee experiences and meaningful profitability.
As Vice President, Catherine oversees all marketing programs and marketing activities designed for, and in support of, the four companies which make up the Consolidated Services Group of Companies.
Samantha is an account and relationship manager for CSG. She is skilled in relationship building, program development, Quickbase development, compliance, data management and contract negotiations.
She is very strong in mathematics and all things business; having graduated from University of New Hampshire with her Bachelor of Mathematics and from Southern New Hampshire University with her Masters in Business Administration. When she is not at work, she can be found enjoying time with family, friends, her pets, or traveling.
