John established Consolidated Services Group (CSG) in 1987 as a single proprietorship with a focus of coffee. Since that time, John has been setting the strategy for CSG as it has advanced into a national, multi-dimensional organization, serving customers across North America.
History: John fell in love with the coffee business at the age of 25 when he moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he started his first business out of his garage – Caribbean Coffee. From that point forward, his passion for the industry and the people within, many are lifelong friends, have been and continue to be – his daily drive to help others succeed and accomplish their goals.
Donna supervises the finance unit and is the chief financial spokesperson for CSG. She is responsible for financial planning and record-keeping directly assists on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting.
Jeff works for CSG in managing distributor relations and supplier relations, distributor training and development, and new product development.
History: Jeff has worked in the food and beverage business for his full career. Prior to CSG Jeff held a position as sales and marketing director for a regional bottled water and coffee company. His accomplishments include building a substantial coffee distribution company from the ground up within a few years.
Dan’s responsibilities include the fostering of new business develop, manage key customer relationships, and provide operational program support to the organization.
Gary is a senior Consolidated Services Group partner who brings 40 years of refreshment experience to the CSG team. Following the sale of Embassy Refreshment Services, Gary joined forces with Consolidated Services Group to provide M&A services to the OCS and vending industry.
As director of the M&A, Gary’s extensive industry knowledge supports our clients as they expand their business holdings by acquisition business valuation; and transaction services.
Orrin started in the OCS industry in 1973. During his 48 years in the coffee and pantry business, he has managed small and large branches, has been an independent operator and, most recently, was the Regional Director of the largest national OCS company. Orrin’s operational expertise enabled him to grow the Chicago OCS business into one of the most successful branches in the country. Orrin became the OCS expert and consulted with others across the country to help them improve their operations. He has been involved in over a dozen mergers and acquisitions in his career, from both sides of the transaction.
Currently, Orrin is using his leadership skills and vast experience to assist others in improving their current business for continued success or to maximize their ability to sell in the future.

Lindsey is the Director of Operations. She is skilled in National Account Management, Refreshment Services, Janitorial Services, and Appliances, Salesforce.com Development, QuickBase Development, and Public Speaking.
She is a strong information technology professional graduated from Liberty University.
We are your one voice for anything vendor-related. Lindsey oversees vendor recruitment, vendor management, and National Account integrations.
Joe oversees the national sales team, promotions, and other activities to achieve sales targets. Builds positive working relationships with existing clients. Identifies and contacts potential customers for new business opportunities. Coordinates with sales team to plan promotional activities, trade show and special events. Motivates and guides the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Assists with the development of sales plans, budgets and travel schedules. Develops creative sales technique and tactics to meet business goals. Understands client needs and provides appropriate sales solutions. Addresses client issues and inquiries in a timely manner. Hires, trains and guides new sales rep candidates in their job responsibilities.
As Vice President, Catherine oversees all marketing programs and marketing activities designed for, and in support of, the four companies which make up the Consolidated Services Group of Companies.
